I had a brow lamination and stain with Adanna today, and it was hands-down the best lamination/stain experience I've had. She was amazing - so kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely attentive to what I wanted. She was incredibly detailed, checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with how everything was looking, and really went the extra mile to make sure I absolutely loved the final result. At the same time, she was super efficient and respectful of my time, which I really appreciated. My brows came out BEAUTIFUL. And Adanna is far from the only wonderful person here. Afsana has done my henna brows and is consistently amazing - they always turn out beautifully. Dahlal is also fantastic with threading. There is just a really high level of talent here across the board. I also have to give a special shout-out to Vetsa at the front desk. She is exactly the kind of person you want as the face of a salon. Whether I've needed to reschedule an appointment or had something I wasn't completely satisfied with, she has always been incredibly kind, pleasant, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything gets taken care of and that I leave happy. Even over the phone, she has such a warm and lovely demeanor. The salon itself is always clean, welcoming, and has great energy. What has kept me coming back for so many years, though, is that I know I'm going to be taken care of - and if something ever isn't exactly right, they genuinely care about making it right.
