After one visit with a newer staff member, I was very unhappy with my brows and left extremely upset. I reached out to Aneta directly, and she responded immediately with genuine care and concern. She invited me back the next day, apologized sincerely, and went above and beyond to fix the issue with microblading. She is incredibly sweet and really took the time to analyze my eyebrows -- where I was missing growth, what shape was realistic for my face, and how to get me there over time. She even intentionally left some hairs so they could grow in more before shaping them in future visits.
