I cannot recommend Heirloom Catering highly enough for any catering needs, big or small. I recently hired them to provide food for small business event at my home. They went above and beyond my expectations and delivered outstanding service and delicious food that had all my guests raving. For my event, which was a casual evening gathering, they provided a wonderful spread of pork belly sliders, black truffle mac n cheese, and a full charcuterie board, among many other items, that looked as beautiful as it tasted. What set them apart from other caterers was their attention to detail - they came early to set up the food stations and made sure everything was constantly refilled and beautifully presented throughout the event. Heirloom delivered incredible food with 5-star service. Their coordination, communication and professionalism exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price point. Heirloom was the best catering partner we could have asked for! Kirsten was very responsive to all of our contacts, she had great food and planning suggestions, and helped us plan our backyard wedding reception in a short amount of time. She helped coordinate everything we needed and advised us on the best setup. On the day of the reception, we had a heavy rainstorm and had to move everything indoors, and she and John not only were able to quickly make the change, they set up everything for us before we returned from the ceremony! They made the whole evening special with their amazing food (people are still talking about the salmon sliders and crab cakes!) and just taking care of all the serving with a smile and easy manner. I used Heirloom for my birthday party last night. Kristin and Greg were super easy to work with. They provided menu suggestions and then worked with me on all the little details to get to the perfect birthday menu. The food was AMAZING, all made from scratch and very easy for me to heat and serve at my house. It would be hard to pick a favorite from the menu as everything was delicious. My kids would vote for the mac and Cheese, my guests devoured the chicken ladolemono and the Swedish meatballs. I really just wish I had taken a few more photos before the food was devoured!!! By far the highest quality catering I've ever experienced. I had John and Kirstin cater my husbands 50th birthday celebration and people are still talking about the food! Everything from bacon wrapped scallops to bangers and mash and their housemade salsa that was to die for! To say working with Kirsten from Heirloom was effortless would be an understatement. I planned this luncheon retirement party from Portland. Did one site visit with Kirsten at the venue. In doing so, Kirsten also met the event coordinator at the venue. She took it upon herself to get his contact information. She would reach out to the venue on her own to get questions answered and to coordinate logistics for catering arrival. I felt so confident in her ability to put together a great menu based on her website. Farm to food is the style that we wanted. Everything fresh and homemade. She help me coordinate the rentals which was a relief. The food was amazing. Very very flavorful and looked good too. The service was outstanding. Kirsten and her team worked the event like true professionals. I found Heirloom Catering by chance. I was hosting my husbands birthday party and there were many changes along the way. Kirstin was so quick to respond to emails and very easy to work with. Their food is amazing!!! Since the party was at a brewery, I needed food that would go well with beer. The pork sliders, chicken skewers, lettuce wraps and roasted potatoes were delicious! Oh! I can't forget to mention the individual bread pudding cups had guests lining up for seconds. Everyone loved the food :) Kirstin set up everything and the food was kept hot for the guests. Decided last minute to throw a party for 20 people during Labor Day weekend. Read prior review and decided to go for it. So glad we did! We chose a simple BBQ menu - delicious! The smoked brisket and pulled chicken were amazing, as was the mac and cheese. Salted caramel fondue for dessert was spectacular. Kirstin was great to work with and was very helpful. Kirstin and John also did my mother's 70th Birthday, and all I can say is, WOW! John's crab cakes were so good, and Kirstin's Mac 'n' cheese is truly "Crack" 'n' cheese. The seafood gumbo is made with fresh seafood straight from Pike Place Market. They also had a great salad and lava cake for dessert.
