I hired her to handle a traffic ticket about a year and half ago. For over12 months, there was no…read moreupdate on my case until I suddenly received a court notice for a hearing. I contacted her office in November 2025, after getting the notice, to check on the situation. They told me to go ahead and pay the fine directly and assured me that I didn't need to appear in court. To be sure, I called the court myself and was informed that I was required to attend the hearing and that late payment approval was not guaranteed. When I called her office back, they told me to just send them the court payment, promising they would take care of it. About a month later, I followed up with the court only to find out that the payment had never been made. Now the case is on my record for 3 years. She only contacted me after I posted a Google review and promised to refund the fee I had paid her for the case, while denying that she had ever taken the case. It has now been two months, and I still have not received my refund. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

I paid $180 fee and got nothing in return and she now sold the office and is nowhere to be found. I've been emailing her to no response and the people that are at the office now just keep giving me an email for her. She is the worst attorney ever.
