My visit here was on February 14, 2026. I hadn't had my car washed in a while, so I went online to look for offers of having the car washed. After looking at the online options, I decided to go with Car Spa, as there was a 3-month special for exterior washes, specifically for the Diamond Wash level. When I got there, I went inside first as I figured I'd have to redeem the online offer first, which was the case. I found out that having an unlimited wash club comes with a 20% discount for detailing and oil change services too. Given that, I decided to go with the Interior Super Clean and Carpet Deep Cleanse. There was another sale going on that weekend, so it ended up being 25% lower even after the 20% unlimited wash club discount. For the unlimited wash club, there is a barcode on the front windshield that is used at the exterior wash entrance. It was a pretty busy day there, but we had several snowstorms recent to that, so that's why I wanted to get the car washed in the first place. The detailing portion of it was a bonus to me as it was something that needed to be done. I had figured that it would take an hour or so to have everything completed. Unfortunately, it was closer to three hours. The significant delay is a big factor as to why I couldn't go all the way to five stars. During that time, I had seen other cars that came in for a wash and detailing after I came in and they were done before mine. It was hard to find someone to ask about what was going on, as they were all out with the various cars out there. I was finally able to find the one I had talked to when I first purchased the detailing and asked about the timing. He noticed and admitted that my car got missed somehow. Once everything was done though, my car battery was dead because the door was left open to note that the car is there for detailing. If it had been done in order, I don't think that would have been an issue in the first place. Overall, this was a good visit, except for the issues noted above. The car was beyond clean on both the inside and outside after that. I would still consider coming here for your car needs. Hopefully this one experience I had was a one-off type of thing.

The place is very clean and organized while also being very open. We went during opening day and there were tons of people from people with sports cars and show cars to regular cars. He stayed with me the whole time and gave me the needed space and time to look at everything, answered any and all questions I had, and gave me his personal recommendations. He explained how their shelving system worked and asked questions to get to know the person I was buying for. I can tell he was a people person and knew how to do his job. In the end, I settled on a 3-in-1 cleaning mitt (his recommendation, of course!), a small car freshener spray that was actually their signature scent (used to be called Stripper Scent but had changed to something more appropriate like the Smell of Success or something like that - lol!!), and a gift card. I left pretty confident and happy with my purchase and overall experience. I casually mentioned to the staff that I was the sister of the aforementioned mobile detailing owner and he was enthusiastic and asked if I'd like to put my purchase towards the rewards account thingy under my brother's name so I said Sure, why not? Shine Mobile Detailing came to my rescue. Jackson, the owner, was able to come to me the next day. He washed and deoderized the trunk and cab, taking the time to make sure he was able to get rid of the smell and make sure nothing was left behind. He brought his own water system as well. They said "yeah, we lost your keys, being another set and we will clean your car." We immediately drove there to figure out what happened. They started trying to give us cash.
