On the rare occasion that…read moremy sweet tooth rears it's head I have always loved their unique combinations of flavors. The coconut seven layer bar flavor which is only available at the scoop shops (not in the pints!!!) was AMAZING. I'm so glad I got to try it because the combination of toasted coconut, coconut ice cream, bits of chocolate, combined with graham cracker, walnuts and butterscotch swirls I was in heaven. I want a whole pint of this stuff and I have nowhere to get it now that I'm in Dallas! Basically, it's a little costly for a small amount of ice cream but it really is an amazing treat if you're in the mood for some incredible ice cream, and this is a really beautiful location in the valley!

First off, the place was out of ingredients to make the desert that they were advertising. Secondly the little girl that made my desert didn't even wash her hands or use gloves before breaking up the cookie that was used in this sad desert. Lastly, this and one scoop of ice cream in a cup costed $16. I left this place stunned and confused by the craziness. I wish I would have left right when I saw the girl using her unclean hands to make my desert. Never again.

They have different eateries here set up in an outdoor food truck park so you can eat what strikes your fancy. Each place has their own tables and chairs in front of their food truck so it's almost like an outdoor restaurant set up. We stopped here on our way to San padre island and that chicken mole dinner still has me wanting to come back and eat here again! I travel often (and to Mexico a lot) and this food here was definitely authentic and some of the best I've had in the states. We were here on weekend evening and there was live music and a few vendors selling Mexican crafts. Was fun, a variety of foods, and upbeat ambiance. Prices were very good for what you got as well and many places had specials.
