We took a couple of minutes to see the menu and placed an order of egg rolls, spring rolls, beef and meatball pho, and shanking beef. Food was good my favorite was the egg rolls they are really meaty and make sure you ask for fish sauce cause they give you sweet and sour sauce for them. The service was decent. Angela was our waitress, and she did a good job. The food was decent enough as well. The grilled chicken salad was fresh and ample for a meal. The chicken wings were a bit undercooked and fatty for us, but the buffalo sauce was good. All in all, a decent meal in a crowded airport. We try to avoid airport food, but this was an extended delay day at the airport. Hubcap Grill is decent food if you need to each at Hobby Airport.
