I have tried the caramel, pistachio, chocolate, mamey, "burnt milk", tres leches, and a couple others. My favorite has been the mamey. It's the perfect amount of sweet and flavor. It paired well with the chocolate. The caramel is good too but needs a less sweet option with it. I did not like the burnt milk but I know a lot of people do so its worth a try. They have several size options but I recommend getting one of the larger ones since the ice cream goes faster than you would expect
