We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. Both are headed up by Steve Simpson, but I will focus my discussion on my realtor, Peggy, whom was fantastic throughout the process of selling my rental property. Offering a wealth of knowledge and skill, she did a fantastic job of diligently working with me to explain every step of the way, without being overbearing or pressuring me. She advised me on the best time to sell my property, kept me apprised of the costs throughout the process (effectively my biggest concern), discarded offers that were unreasonably low and not worth my time, and persistent for a good 3 months before we finally found a buyer at a price point that hit about 90% of my criteria.
