The Anne Rogers agent took another showing AFTER she had a verbal agreement with my agent and used my offer as a bargaining chip to get an over list price cash offer from those people and then said "I hate when this happens" to my agent. Ha! Terribly unethical and a way to make a bad name for yourself. Don't do business with these people.
