Dr. Duda is an extremely caring, experienced, knowledgeable Physician. He listens to you and what your needs and goals are, and will definitely encourage and facilitate your holistic goals for your health and well-being. He will encourage and help you to help yourself with lifestyle choices rather than just pulling out his prescription pad. This approach requires his time, expertise, attention and careful thought - about you as an individual - and what would serve YOU best. He is very open and supportive of holistic practices and bio identical's. Dr. Duda's staff is as extraordinary as he is: warm, kind, efficient, professional, and fun. Manager Rose Mary, medical assistant Kim, Rebecca, Gema, Anna, Gina all were incredibly welcoming, helpful and genuine. To be completely honest, I felt a strong spirit of grace in that office and flowing through each person I met. I pray they continue blessing the community with their goodness and professional excellence.

I was debating whether to post a review, and decided to go forward. I know these reviews would have…read morehelped me years ago when choosing a doctor. Years ago I would have rated Dindot 3 stars. After my last visit I've changed my mind. I first saw Dindot back in 2013. I had post eclampsia which I was concerned would lead to high B.P. Permanently. I had lab done and found out I had 2 gene mutations (MTHFR) She only stated that I had an issue absorbing folic acid properly. (She was wrong I would come to find out!) I asked her if these could be related to my 1st pregnancy which resulted in cystic hygroma. She had no idea and googled it. I went home and researched. I did find out later that I was correct in my concern. 2 years later I found a Integrative Doctor (Dr. Llorente) who ran more extensive tests on me and informed me I needed pure folate not folic acid! Dr. Llorente also told me my pregnancy was related to my gene mutations, as well as my post eclampsia, and anxiety. Going back to my initial visits with Dindot...she switched from a private practice to a membership service that charges a monthly fee. I unfortunately had to cancel shortly after. A few years later after seeing another awful internist who was covered by my insurance...or so I thought!( see other review on Prattes, who prescribed meds that made my hair fall out!) I returned to Dindot. I was going through severe anxiety and was willing to go on anxiety medication which she decided would be lexapro. After looking over my labs from an integrative Doctor I had been seeing, she criticized what the doctor had tested me for(Ferritin, cortisol levels, adrenals, Vit. D, iodine among a few others). She stated adrenal fatigue didn't exist. She prescribed 5mg of lexapro and told me to start with 2.5 and slowly titrate up after a week to 5. She also told me to take xanex as needed. Again, after I left I researched the heck out of adrenal fatigue, lexapro, etc. Once again I read conflicting stories. I researched more over the course of a few weeks and came to conclusion that lexapro was making me feel worse! I was also concerned about my already existing hair loss from the original meds I was on (trazodone) and I shared this concern with her. I felt as though she was making me feel like I was crazy. I was constantly crying over my hair loss, feeling overwhelmed by my recent move, my son had croup and I was doing a big move, and caring for my son by myself. How would you feel going through this? On top of loosing clumps of hair. Her response was that it was my anxiety causing me to act this way. I decided to stop taking the lexapro as I sat in her office. She was feigning being understanding about my decision. I say feigning because here response shortly after was "you know you can have a panic attack and start back where you were when I saw you! If you're not going to take lexapro you'll have to just take xanex then!!" What happened to your hippocratic oath?! Needless to say I made a decision to get rid of this doctor. She is not open minded to or educated in integrative medicine. I don't understand how one can be against something they know NOTHING about. After having viewed Dr. Rostenbergs YouTube video "Adrenal fatigue-how to beat and treat the effects of stress." I believe adrenal fatigue exists!
