Mike is incredibly thorough, seems to actually care about his patients, takes his time with you and always resolves the issues you present with. Our daughter sees Felicity, she is remarkable with children and very gentle. In fact, after a long time of our girl refusing to see a chiro, she now asks us to go and see Felicity! The front desk staff are always friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful in getting clients in, even very very last minute. We feel welcomed every time and we can see their interactions with other patients is the same. This location has a great vibe and feel and we truly feel lucky we've found such a great place so close to home. Although they encourage re-booking they are never pushy or make you feel uncomfortable unlike many other chiros we've been to.

I feel lucky to have used Dr.Curtis as my surgeon as I found him very calming. He explained step by step what needed to be done to have the aneurysm clipped. knowing I had a surgeon with a good reputation who had done these clippings before put me at ease. The operation was successfull and the staff at RNSH Private were very caring So happy it's all over and I'm recovering well. I had lot's of questions for Dr. Curtis at my 7 week post operation appointment which were all answered and now I feel at eases to continue with my life. The reason for my rating is I feel much better and cope much better in a stressful time (which is still objectively stressful), and this improvement is stable for months. Highly recommend. I am grateful for meeting her in dark times of my life. Symptoms subside as a result of some more deep worldview changes, that seem at first not connected with your struggle at all. It's amazing. it's long to explain. It's like moving to a more healthy life from the place you are now... For example, I thought I need anger management, but my anger disappeared instead when assertive behavior improved... I was really lost, I was a function without a sense of life. And I didn't know that the world can be that bright and full of meaning. I just lived it not right before - I lived a life of somebody's expectations and rules, not the freedom of my own life, - because of the difficult history of not right surroundings and not healthy examples of behavior. Kim made it so easy to book sessions with her at such short notice. Kim listened to me intently and I couldn't have asked for more. I had had enough of life itself and I was tired and beaten. I had nothing left, I just couldn't do life on life's terms any more. I had NO answers. I was still shocked and confused as to how my best thinking had gotten me in so much trouble. For the next 21 days I had both of my hands held by some of the most incredibly kind and compassionate staff I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They all had a common goal of helping me see that my sobriety should and can be the most important thing to me. The Group counselling sessions opened my heart and my mind to a life and way of thinking based on what I can give rather then what I can take. I started to remember that I can be of service and self seeking slowly but surely slipped away. After the first week I was amazed at how amazed I was. To be entirely honest I will have to admit that it was difficult at times, however no one at any time of the day or night was too far away to offer help and get me back on track. I was discharged on 21/04/2019 and can report I still live a life of recovery and I am still sober today. This is primarily thanks to my time at South Pacific Private as my stay there gave me the tools, strength, courage and belief that I was worth it ! You can take every positive corny addiction slogan and apply it to my life ... remarkably, one day at a time, I got better. Everything about this program helped me at the precise time I need it. If you are reading this as to enquire if this facility is for you, all I can say is that it is. I was the guy that read these testimonies before my visit and said to myself "that's all very good and well for them but it can't and won't happen to me" .... I was so wrong . You take from this program what you want, you are merely pointed and guided in the right direction, you've just got to be willing to try, that for me was the most important thing. I was willing to give something else a try rather than what I had currently been attempting. Further to this, if you had asked me what I wanted to get out of South Pacific at the start of my stay compared to what I got at the end, I would have short changed myself.
