Instead of soaking the nails off, he used a fake nail to pry it off, doing additional damage to her natural nails, he cut her several times and the "builder" ended up being a thick coating like the dip that ended up all over her skin. He also did not try to shape them whatsoever. I wish they had explained that it was not really gel polish. They ended up thick and look like globs of white on her nails. While our pedicures were quick, yet efficient, the manicure was the worst we have experienced. We did not have the time for this service and ended up unhappy with the results.

But the nail tech hardly had anything to say to me (maybe no English?). And her fingernails were dirty and her hands didn't look clean; maybe just stained. But she trimmed one of my nails that was injured as a child and although I told her not too cut it too short, she did and then she split my nail with the tool she was using, and it hurt! So she had to cut it very short to keep it from snagging on things. I'm going to look for a new place.
