As I arrived she was finishing up with a customer, my wait wasn't that long. I'm in town for work and had an old set from a previous nail salon, and I was nervous that it would be a problem but she wasted no time completing my service. I was very indecisive about my design but she was very patient with me, even though I ended up changing my mind and not getting one. My experience here was a 10/10. My nails lifted after 2 1/2 weeks. Went back to have the color removed. She chipped the color off and cut my nails really short. Where one nail had lifted it ripped part of my natural nail off to the quick and very painful. My natural nails look horrible now! She blamed it on letting my nails grow out too long. The lifting started at the cuticles. The man who had done the dip didn't push my cuticles back before he added the dip, like I had asked him to do. Went for a pedicure and dip manicure. I booked with Emily but for some reason they put me with a…read moredifferent lady for my toes. She kept picking at my skin around my toes over and over and over again. She grabbed the color I picked and as she is applying it I could tell the bottle was almost empty. So the application wasn't as smooth as a full bottle of polish would've been. She could've easily told me they were running out of that color. Once the pedicure was done I take a look at them and there are areas on the nail bed missing polish and my pinky toes look like they have globs of paint on them. Not to mention one of my toes bled in the corner because of how much she was picking at them. I'm not satisfied at all and the amount I paid doesn't reflect the service I received.
