      Hired to do 3 bathrooms , 1 simple and 2 gut and redos. he would say his guys are on the way but…read morethey never showed up. I would call to let him know and i would go straight to voice mail. atleast 6 times. Ended up sending subcontractors to come do it. Did not communicate with them. Told them he was on the way to give them money but never showed. finally told them he told me to pay them directly. News to me, that put me in a very bad spot. Told me the plumber said they were going to be here the next day but he hadn't even called them. I ended up having to call and cordinate everything. everything was susposed to be finished by July 1st. still isn't done because he didn't tell the subcontractors to prep for a exhaust fan. The last time I spoke to him was several weeks ago when he said he was on the way here. Never showed up and I'm going straight to voice mail. No one has been paid for this job by him, I have had to pay the subcontractors myself. it isn't right to expect people to be hours away from home working and not be getting paid.

I am his family I'm his sister-in-law I have worked for Sean for over five years. I have not been paid. False promises. The last time I talked to him about it was a year ago. I called today because I needed some money and he owes me over $5,000 I can not get it. He may do decent work but he does not pay his employees. He has a huge problem keeping help so he is often a one man crew. Reason for that is he don't pay his help. Very greedy and shady. So if u do have thoughts of hiring him i would get a second opinion.uh

      I bought 2 ptac units from Shawn that were in a motel for heat/ac...when I talked to him he said…read morethey all needed a bearing for fan and that was all..45$ for parts he stated...I bought 3 of them for 250 ea, and upon picking them up talked to him and seemed like a good Christian person...I again asked if that's all that was wrong and he said yes, and if anything else he would make it right and pay it back...He didn't have a clue what was wrong he just removed them doing a job and seen cash and sold junk...my stupid for trusting someone...took first one in and cost me 175 to fix took second and third in to fix and my HVAC guy said they couldn't be fixed...they were shot...so 500 out...this all happened late 2019 and I'm now oct 2021 and still no payment from him...sent msgs and he always had something wrong so I gave him benefit of doubt and gave time..then something else again I gave him time...I have msgs from him where he states he will pay back...guess what nothing...I said pay 50 month something, nothing...after reading that he doesn't pay his own family back what do I expect to get back...He is going through hard times I believe so as a Christian myself I'm gonna let it go and hope it helps him out, however do not do this kind of business with him...I'm not saying anything about his work, but do not trust if he wants to sell ya an a/c or anything electrical or household. He just removes and sells that way and says works...so I'm out 500$..just for you all to know...
