But when you're booking online, how to get it? So I called & they Said the coupon code is yelp20. It worked after DD refreshed her screen. Our relationship struck a chord to say the least and we decided to get married and have "the wedding that neither of us ever had" at our Club! With the indispensable help of our wedding planner, Jess Akinen, the staff at TRCC: Victoria, Luis, Rachel and all of their support team, planned and put on a perfectly executed event on a beautiful day for nearly 200 of our closest friends. Luis and Victoria helped us craft the best and most appropriate selections of hors d' oeuvres, main entrees, and wines that every guest (as well as we did) absolutely raved about. They made it easy for us, they know what people like and don't like at weddings! And their price was right in line with what one would expect at a first rate (really top of the line) venue like Two Rivers CC. I also can't say enough about how they and Jess stepped up to handle all coordination with our event vendors: photographer, florist (Blessing and Blooms was awesome!), baker, and BAND. Brett Cahoon of Good Shot Judy was the perfect MC and entertainer. Over half of our crowd (primarily retirees), stayed until the last dance and enjoyed every minute of GSJ's music. There is a lot going in here at the center, formerly known as the O club. On the restaurant side they offer breakfast and lunch (solid food and drinks) with a cafe in the middle. Upstairs can be rented out for all sorts of events with a nice deck view at the top overlooking the Chesapeake. On the right side of the entrance are other rooms for use as well as a Nosedive Bar. Suki is the nicest lady there and runs the bar! Check it out!

I called ahead as I saw no one had booked the time before us (5pm). I asked if we could possibly come at 6pm since the booking before us was open. The person on the phone wouldn't even let me get out the fact that we were traveling over an hour to do this room. Very short..:"You can come at 5 or 7, that's it". Okay fine, my boyfriend is a game master so we figured there may not be a game master available at 6pm. When we arrived the guy at the desk barely said two words to us. Put a tablet in our hands with no direction. Again it was a good thing we had done so many rooms so we knew to complete the waiver. After that the only communication we got "first door on the left, good luck". Okay again....direction? Locks? Did you ask us if we had done a room before? Once in the room we had to wait over 2 minutes to get clues that were sub-par, and the game master failed to even mention that one lock was not necessary since we were not playing in competition mode. When we "escaped" the room we didn't even realize we had escaped. No enthusiasm from the game master what so ever. Sadly this is our first and last experience. Disappointing since we traveled over an hour for this one.

If there's an escape room nearby considered it booked! We…read morenarrowly escaped Cabin 11 with 1minute & 31 seconds left, & this was with hints. We were a group of 3 maximizing our trek to the Peninsula. Even though I prefer staying on the south side, I quite favor this location over the VB one. Our game master, Akira was energetic, enthusiastic and very patient with us from greeting us in the lobby through the end of the game. A walkie-talkie is your communication device. We had some oversights & for those who struggle with presbyopia & small print it can also add to the challenges. Haha funny but not funny, just wait. Just make sure to have several people in your group double check the code when plugging in your answers. We usually do that, but for some reason, we managed to still do that & not open the lock & actually have the correct answer, thus eating up some of our time. Per our game master, Cabin 11 is considered the most difficult of the current three rooms. My only recommendation is to follow up with replacement of dried up markers. Ours died on us. But fortunately, the group was able to power through ;-) Not a biggie. Overall we had a good time, but we didn't truly feel as if it was a well merited escape. :-P

This review is for the swimming pool only…read more This was my first time at the WISC and I was darn impressed with the amount of activities offered. I had no idea this was tucked back in this area by Lafayette H.S. The setting is pretty and back in the woods. Parking is plentiful, you just may have to walk. Specifically for the pool is very limited in the rear. For officials and coaches they have a designated lot not far. Spectator parking is in front of the main building unless you get lucky. The pool is in the rear of the main building. I believe it's only a few years old, possibly built in 2017. It does not look like much from the front, but don't let that fool you. Locker rooms are up front. The lobby area is very small for congregating before and after meets. The pool itself is a 10 lane short course. In order to conduct warm-up/cools down during a meet a lane, or two is closed running the heats at either 8, or 9 lanes. There is a small baby pool up front. The deck is decent size and has bleacher area for athletes and limited spectator bleachers. Fold up chairs are permitted. Around six garage doors are around each side of the structure to improve air quality of the temperatures are conducive. The two day meet hosted by 757 Swim was in January. Garage doors overall were closed with a few at the start area up a quarter to improve air quality. Needless to say with cooler temps it was chilly for the athletes when waiting for their events. The meet hosting was fantastic by 757 and timelines were mostly hit by the officials crew. Upon first entering the pool area I was struck with a heavy chlorine smell and my eyes began to burn. Well duh... pools are chlorinated but this was heavy. I'm around pools everyday, so I know the challenges of pool air quality. Both days were consistently the same on poor air. My athlete had a cough and sore throat a day after the meet. This to me is dangerous over a long period of time. Two days is not a long period. Splashes also add to the churning up of chlorine thrown up in the air. It was a large meet with lots of splashes and my older swimmer was second session. Possible HVAC issue on my visit? I can't really say other than friends said it's been better. If your interested in all that's available at WISC check their website, or read other reviews here on yelp. If swimming is your thing then consider a membership to the pool. It is an amazing complex with incredible offerings. If for not the issues with air I'm at a 4, but with air quality challenged a 3 fits them best.
