This was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was a nervous wreck. Rita took her time and calmly walked me through and made sure I was comfortable at each step which made the process as smooth as my Brazilian! Rita answered all my questions I had and made sure I had all the information I needed for proper after care and even offered some tips. Did I also mention how insanely clean the facility was? Angela is great to work with, easy going, and listened to me about what my needs and goals were for my facial. (A big plus is that she's a fellow RN, so I know she REALLY understands the specific in the self-care department for people like me, lol). She helps but me at ease and explains every step of what we're doing throughout the process. Facials are a nice blend of relaxation, aromatherapy, and some "me-time" meditation when I'm letting the masks settle into my skin. I've getting facials semi-regularly since then. I have my American Puritanical upbringing to blame for my shyness. The waxing results were great, though. My underarms stayed hair-free for weeks.
