I try and stay out of the way of them and the hoses related to this kind of work. It was our first time cleaning the four rooms. We are dealing with two different types and colors of carpet here. They all turned out beautifully. Superior is efficient and moves through the house quickly even though the hoses have to be cumbersome. A friendly attitude makes getting questions answered easy. They work in jeans and shirts with the company name on them. They service multiple counties , so if you don't live in Richmond you should consider giving them a call. I told him I would address needed repairs went to garage to get a rubber mallet. Returned and he said he fixed it. I checked and showed him he crushed pins by forcing. I need to put some more time in it tomorrow after the carpet dries. Then I observed his cleaning in the family room. Once again it's my opinion but slamming the the wand into the baseboards lent to the impression that speed creates a cavalier attitude as to customer's belongings. I don't think I am being harsh as prior to arrival my wife and I had moved almost complete furnishings to make the process easier. Josh can call when he returns from Alabama if he wishes.
