I called just to get a maintenance and also to remove transmitter from the unit. He proceeded to spray the ball bearings, proper did not offer any lube anywhere? he did adjust the spring. I'm not sure why he said the door was heavy... next day after opening and closing the door a total of two different times I noticed noise from the unit.....I called him. He came over within 30 minutes and said the unit was old. Yes the unit was definitely old, but I did not have any issues prior to him adjusting the springs. Would've been nice if you would've offered me a discount on a new garage opener since I believe you tightening the springs caused the issue now...
