I highly recommend Noah. He came out this morning, slightly later than arranged, but with a phone call to advise me of the delay. I requested a check of the weather seal on bottom of the door. He agreed that it would be a good idea to replace it. He called the supplier of the seal and determined that because of the age of the door - 1994, wow - the part had been discontinued. He gave me the options - repair existing seal or replace the door and gave me prices for each option and prices for three different doors.. Because he said my current door is well insulated and operating properly, I opted for repair. Noah was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. His price was a good value. It would have been easy for him to sell me a whole new garage door, but he is too honest to do that, when he could see that repair was a better option. He repaired the seal, checked the operation of the operator and lubricated all the parts. After surveying the situation, he did some experimenting to discover the problem. He found and fixed the "wiring intermittency". After replacing the fixtures, he tested to make sure the opener worked consistently (not intermittently). He charged me the minimum labor fee of $125, which seems quite reasonable.
