I followed up to then get the negative result of not being selected for the role. (IF I was even submitted. (Currently investigating that as we speak) I have since moved to Charlotte and was contacted via phone regarding a role at a prominent bank in the area for a Remote role. Sounded great. Today I get an email that stated the bank saw that I did not have the degree requirement therefore was passing on my application. I emailed the recruiter expressing my dismay because she knew I didn't only for her to call me and give me an entirely different reason, but she also felt the need to tell me I was confused on the process and blame me for the issue. I then requested to be removed from their database and requested the managers contact info. Then, to my surprise, I get an email forwarded to (surely an accidental forward) ME that was between three Pionear employees NOT the bank stating to hold off on submitting me. WHICH MEANS CPATTERSON EMAIL TO ME THAT THE BANK STATED THEY ARE PASSING ON ME WAS A BOLD FACE LIE. THEY NEVER SUBMITTED ME So not only did CPatterson LIE to me, MISLEAD me, and DECEIVE me, she gave me the proof to support what I had earlier communicated that they lack due diligence and just checking off boxes on their internal KPI's but it's what I needed to support a formal complaint to the Founder. DON'T deal with this agency. They are NOT ethically or morally sound.

However it was not long that I had to start reaching out to him, instead of him reaching out to update me. First he was only searching in the city I live in (Charlotte), but after about a month of him having nothing to present to me, I told him to open up my job search to the whole Southeast. Immediately by looking on my own, I found 4 positions I was qualified for and applied just by checking indeed.com. Frederick has yet to yield a single result. After many attempts to contact him both by voicemail and email and still not even getting an email back or return phone call, I am done with Pionear Recruiting. If you are out there and looking for a job, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for help.

While at the party I spoke with Meagan & Ayana, who were very professional & friendly. They gave a full rundown of how their agency works & explained the process for becoming a client. Their office is very modern & open. They service quite a few big name clients in the Charlotte area. With contract & temp-to-perm positions, they have plenty of choices for clients to chose from. The pay rate for assignments is excellent, as well.
