Wow, I was really impressed with this place. It's busy but they handled everything so well. Plenty of places to sit inside and out. I also enjoyed watching all the Jeep/Moab vehicles come in and out, they have some pretty cool cars. Parking can be a little tight since it's busy, decent sized paved parking lot. Cheese bread with marinara was fantastic. We ordered a Jimmy and Cheese Pizza to all share. Everyone was too excited to eat that unfortunately I didn't get any pictures and shockingly no one got a beer either. I'm sure we will be back again, thanks so much. read more

AMAZING pizza! Wow! Some of my favorite pizza in Utah. They have a beautiful space, awesome patio with gorgeous views. A very good find in a small town! The brewery was in the same building as the food service area. Ambiance was casual but also had cute simple decor. We had the prosciutto and pineapple jalapeño pizzas which were both very tasty. Prosciutto pizza had a very flavorful garlic sauce, and the pineapple jalapeño had a unique sriracha/maple syrup sauce which made for a very good balance of sweet and spicy. Service was friendly and quick. My partner liked his lime gose beer as well. It was a good find on the way to the Arches from Salt Lake City! read more

Passed this joint on many occasions and stumbled upon it this time because we saw a Pizza neon. The joint makes their own beer and the Helper Beer sign is on the top of the building so it's easy to miss. Ordered a few beers and found them excellent. Ordered two personal pies, mine was the Margherita that was excellent, right amount of cheese and the crust was great. The other pie was a plain cheese that also great. Sorry, No pictures because we ate too fast. Service was good, love the building and outside patio for my dog. We ordered meatballs for him and he highly recommends them. Other couples with their dogs and plenty room for separation. Bad news will be as it gets colder and can't bring the dog, we won't be able to go back until spring. read more

Stayed in Helper for the 4th of July, and of course our first stop had to be Helper Pizza. Was so pleased that they were open on the holiday, and even though business was a bit slow the service was friendly and terrific. The pizza did not disappoint: It's thrown by hand, baked in a brick oven, and has the perfect texture. They offer a plant-based cheese, so score one for us vegans! We tried three of the in-house craft beers, and all were delightful and refreshing. read more

We stopped by Helper Beer on our way back from down south to SLC. The vibe inside is beautiful! So many plants and you can see where the beer is made on the one side. The burrata pizza wasn't what I expected since it was melted but the pizza but it was good. The service was really terrible unfortunately. We watched the table next to us come in after us and get water before us, get food before us, and leave before us. I'll be back but I hope service is better! read more

Heelper Beer was recommended by our camp spot. We packed up the kids and headed over. We parked in front but there is a full parking area in the back. When we walked inside we were not sure if we should seat ourselves of if someone would seat us, there was no sign so we seated ourself and confirmed with someone that worked there. They gave us menus but it took a while for someone to actually help us. They lady that ended up helping us just started her shift and was very nice and friendly. We ordered a beer and some cider. The place is a brewery with a pizza oven. The pale ale I ordered was nice and mellow and the cider was crisp and tart. The cider was served like a wine and about the same portions, heads up if you are expecting a pint. The beer list describes each beer and cider. They only have 12 inch pizzas so we got a gluten free cheese, pepperoni and I ordered the cheese, garlic and relish pizza, can't remember the name and didn't take a photo of the menu, their site doesn't have it either. I tried some of each pizza and enjoyed every one. The building and brewery were pretty cool, it looks like they just opened. I'm sure everything will get dialed in once they've been open for a little while. read more

Helper Beer is such a welcome oasis in the middle of the drive from SLC to Moab! What a find. The sandwiches were so good. Bread and pizza crusts were somehow chewy, airy, crispy all at the same time. It was so good that we stopped twice in a short trip (once on the way there and once on the way back). Ok so this place has been opened for about four months now and its already good. Now imagine one or two years down the road? Ya exactly what I'm thinking. So I had the fancy named turkey sandwich and I gotta say, the flavors work extremely well together. Good amount of turkey is put in it. They use pizza dough for the bread and it works. Its crunchy and chewy and delicious. Now I didnt eat the pizza because after the salad and sandwich I was properly filled. But everyone else at the table really enjoyed theirs. They did enjoy the beer and I noticed multiples were consumed, no worries had designated drivers so all was good. Why four and not five stars you say? We are cross country travelling and arrived in Helper late yesterday afternoon. Our RV resort guide recommended Helper Beer for pizza and beer, so after getting settled in, we took the quick drive over. There was plenty of parking, both in front and behind the building. Upon entering it is a big, open space and a seat yourself kind of place (we weren't quite sure when we walked in if we should wait to be seated). Our server came over and took our orders after a few minutes (we weren't sure if maybe we should go up and order at the bar). I got the prickly pear cider which was really tasty - quite the tang. It wasn't especially carbonated, and the pour was small. Grand scheme of things I am trying to drink much less, so I won't complain... The side salad was a decent portion and tasty but kind of hard to eat without knocking it off the plate. I had the cheese pizza on a gluten free crust - overall it was good and I ate almost the entire thing myself. More cheese would have been nice. I was pretty impressed with the crust which was clearly made in house. The kids had the pepperoni pizza and demolished it between the three of them. The little cup pepperonis were perfect on it - I snuck a few pepperonis while they weren't looking. Josh has the garlic burrata pizza and it looked amazing but I did not have any. We would stop by here again if we make it back to Helper. read more
