Our crawlspace flooded, had been flooded for a while before we caught it. There was a bunch of black mold down there. We had a plumber come out sucked some water out and called it good. Meantime I am still getting sicker. Helpers came in sucked out ALL the water dried it all up and got rid of the mold. I can finally breathe in my home without a struggle. Our sewer system backed up and we had a horrible disgusting mess and a lot of damage. I called helpers and they responded immediately. They brought in employees and all the equipment needed to clean up the mess and fix the issue. I was so thankful that they got here quickly and took care of the problem. The employees are professional, kind, helpful and respectful of our home. We needed to have flooring removed and some walls fixed along with the plumbing and they recommended excellent people to help with this as well. These guys are in the business of ripping off homeowner's insurance! I kicked them out of my house after 2 weeks of very little progress. I had smoke damage from a candle fire. They tried to charge my insurance company $7000.00 for vacuuming! Their bill for 2 weeks of wiping down walls and 3 air scrub machines started at $25K and was reduced after the insurance company contested to $19K. My insurance company dropped me and now I pay double! read more
