For a drink a had the Whiskey Espresso Martini. I never had whiskey and espresso together but wasn't a bad touch. Will definitely try again. I started with the loaded fries with bacon, cheese whiz and I think ranch(?) on the side. The fries were good. Crispy, not overly salty and the cheese was melted nicely. I had the the BBQ Bacon cheeseburger. Which was cooked medium (how I like it) and very juicy. The toppings were house made BBQ sauce, shoestring onion rings, cheddar cheese and bacon, haha, it was GOOD. Bacon was crispy and the sauce was flavorful. I ended with the sinful hot fudge sundae; 3 scoops of ice cream, hot fudge sauce, walnuts, whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry on top for a healthy touch haha. This was simply amazing. Cleared the whole cup. Highly recommend at any HRC.

From the balloons at our table to the special desert and the great service, this was a visit we will always remember. The location itself was very nice looking with lots of classic memorabilia in an open and airy feel. They also had an outside "coffee shop" type of location separate from their restaurant which was unique. The local Legendary Burger had some great Scandinavian flavors and they even have a special Scandinavian menu with unique foods and deserts. Can't wait to come back to visit again. Also had the tiger prawn avocado salad, which tasted healthy and good, but was a bit light on dressing flavor. My wife had assorted tapas which she really enjoyed. If you are looking for a quality meal in a relaxed setting, this is a great place to go!

The restuarant prides itself in sourcing local and organic, so the price point is slightly higher, but the quality of the food totally makes up for it. They also have a great ice cream selection, as well as other dessert. The staff is really nice too. My phone was running low and I forgot my backup battery, and they were nice enough take my phone to charge for me.

We opted for their signature Kassler Dog, which is a hot dog wrapped in ham, and prepared with a sticky, sweet BBQ sauce, a sugary mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. The hot dog bun is more of a multi-grain, french roll...fresh and delicious. If you have a hot dog craving, this is the place to try. #LittleBigCafe is not the easiest place to find, but with Google Maps on my iPhone, I had no problem walking to it from the city center. There were three different kinds of pickled herring, mashed boiled eggs, butter, beets, lingonberries, caviar, red onion, sour cream, pickles, quinoa salad, mushroom salad, cucumbers, sauerkraut, potato salad, pickled artichokes, several kinds of breads, and Karelian pasties (a potato filling baked in a rye crust). The soup of the day was the traditional Finnish creamy salmon soup, made with chunks of salmon, potatoes, and lots of different vegetables and herbs in a milky broth. For the hot entrees and sides, the Slavic Chicken Stew was made with chicken, potatoes, peppers, leeks, and other vegetables in a sweet and savory sauce flavored with blue cheese; and the Sautéed Moose was made of shredded moose meat flavored with warm spices including bay leaves and juniper berries. The sides included Barley, Mashed Potatoes, and Honey Roasted Root Vegetables (carrots, beets, green beans, and parsnips). The drinks included the standard coffee and tea, served with both dairy and oat milks; but the most unique drink was the 1% homemade ale, which had a sweet, fruity taste and light consistency. My favorite items from the huge selection of dishes included the mushroom salad (chopped mushrooms in a sour cream dressing) and the sautéed moose (which almost tasted like meaty, lean beef), but everything was high quality, delicious, and came at an unbelievable value for lunch.
