Mr. Breeland is an exceptionally talented attorney--intelligent, strategic, thorough, personable, and remarkably effective at what he does. Throughout my case, he demonstrated the kind of professionalism and competence that immediately inspires confidence. He knows the law, knows how to negotiate, and perhaps most importantly, knows when to push for more rather than simply accepting what an insurance company would prefer to pay.
USAA certainly did not make things easy, but Mr. Breeland managed to negotiate a recovery that exceeded my expectations. Watching him squeeze additional money out of an insurance company deserves its own honorary sixth star.
Beyond his abilities as an attorney, he has assembled an outstanding staff. His office operates seamlessly, everyone communicates with one another, and you can tell there is genuine teamwork behind the scenes. I never felt shuffled from person to person or treated like just another file sitting on someone's desk. His staff was consistently courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
Mr. Breeland also possesses something that cannot necessarily be taught in law school: character. He is approachable, straightforward, has a great sense of humor, and manages to make an otherwise stressful legal process feel considerably less intimidating.
And since this is my review and nobody can stop me, I suppose it should also be noted that he is quite handsome--which obviously has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with his legal abilities, but certainly doesn't hurt.
All jokes aside, I have tremendous respect for Mr. Breeland and the way he handled my case. Over the time I worked with him and his staff, I came to appreciate not only the result he achieved for me, but the manner in which he achieved it. No games, no unnecessary nickel-and-diming, no unpleasant surprises--just excellent representation from genuinely good people.
If you are looking for an attorney who is intelligent, tenacious, ethical, personable, an excellent negotiator, surrounded by a fantastic staff--and, apparently, easy on the eyes--I enthusiastically recommend Mr. Breeland.
