They even let me design a new wedding ring for my wife using the original ring and other diamonds sold to me from there. I bought a Rolex Watch for almost $1,200 less than the other shops. They also took time to inform me how to identify a fake one from the real ones. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will never spend my hard earned money for jewelry to any other store but Arnolds.

I've been doing business with Arnold's for over six years and have always had positive experiences, until now. I brought in a 14k gold brooch to sell, but Ray didn't even bother to look at it. Instead, he went off on a tangent about losing money on resin-filled pieces that turned out to be fake, which had nothing to do with the item I brought in. He didn't even take the time to actually look at or test the piece. It felt like he didn't want my business at all. I was honestly so baffled I left. When I got home, I tested the brooch again. It definitely was 14k gold. I called the store and spoke with Ray. He told me to cut it in half and if it's hollow bring it back and he'll buy it. If he inspected it from the beginning, he would've known that. The brooch was light and there were two tiny air holes on the back. I've been buying and selling gold for quite some time and know what I'm doing. I returned less than an hour later with the brooch and a 10K stick pin I had shown him at the initial visit. The brooch weighed 5 grams on my scale, but when I asked about the pricing, he said they go by pennyweight. After doing the math at home, it appears I was shorted. I always check the live gold price on their website beforehand, and I feel what I was paid didn't reflect their rate. To make matters worse, the 10K stick pin he had just valued at $58 the initial visit was only paid out at $32. I didn't catch this until I reviewed the receipt afterward. With the amethyst stone removed I know it had to weigh at least 1gram. Should have paid out at about $50 not $32! Over the years, I've recommended Arnold's to many people and even left two 5-star reviews on Yelp and Google. I've always worked with Zack or his sister and never had any issues, which is why this experience with Ben was so disappointing. If I choose to sell here again, I will definitely bring my scale to double check weights and pricing. Especially when dealing with Ray. I'd like to add that we don't just scrap at Arnold's. My youngest has bought Pokémon cards here as well. I have to say, they have an amazing selection. Especially when it comes to the Japanese booster boxes.

International Diamond Center -- BEWARE. If you value your…read morejewelry, your money, or basic honesty, read this before you trust them with anything important. Three years ago, I purchased my two-tone wedding band from them. It was my perfect ring -- white-gold center channel, bright diamonds, and a gold rope design on each side. A few months later, I took it back just to get it cleaned... and the cleaning ruined the ring. They admitted it happened because of the way the rope detailing reacts during their cleaning process and replaced it. Fast forward to this year -- I needed my ring sized up, and I made it extremely clear: "Do NOT clean my ring. Only size it. Last time you cleaned it, you ruined it." I repeated this multiple times. When I returned to pick it up... They cleaned it anyway. And ruined it AGAIN. But this time, instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame lighting and camera angles, even though all my pictures were taken: * in the SAME store * in the SAME lighting * in the SAME exact spot The difference is not subtle. Anyone can see it. Then they told me the ring is no longer made and that I would have to pay out of pocket for a custom rebuild -- even though THEY damaged it. Not once. Not twice. Not three times. FOUR TIMES. This most recent ring they handed to me -- the one I refused to accept -- was the FOURTH time they attempted to fix their mistake, and they expected me to walk out with a ring that looked nothing like the one my wife placed on my finger on our wedding day. Compare the photos yourself (attached): * The gold ropes are flatter, less detailed, and look almost melted down * The width is thinner like it was over-polished or over-worked * The overall craftsmanship does NOT match the original This isn't "lighting." This isn't "angles." This is the result of their work -- and their refusal to admit it. I've been extremely patient with them over the years because they did replace it the first time. But after ruining it again and trying to make ME pay for their mistake, I'm done. If your ring has sentimental value, or if you want a jeweler who stands by their work, go to literally any other jeweler. International Diamond Center will ruin your ring and then try to convince you that you imagined it. Let's also talk about the great communication... this happen on October 28th. I was promised the ring was ordered and etc... I had reached out... left on read and then I reached out again on December 2nd and got this new answer. You guys are a fuckin joke

I am an avid vintage and antique watch collector and Strickland Vintage Watches has some stunningly…read morebeautiful and rare watches for sale, but I have a couple problems with them and their business. The first problem I have with them is that their watches are INSANELY over priced. This company does a lot of business on eBay and that is where I first found out about them because I was always seeing their watches for sale since eBay is where I get the majority of my watches from. Well, I noticed that they had some incredible watches so I checked out all the items they had for sale and I noticed that they were selling two watches that were identical to two watches that I had. The only difference between my watches and the watches they were selling is that one watch I paid $150 for they were selling for $1700 and the other watch that I paid $200 for they were selling for $850. When I saw this I was blown away, I thought "Are my watches really worth that much?". So I sent them a friendly message asking them what made the watches so valuable and and I never got a response. After that, I thought that they might have missed the first message so I sent them another message a couple weeks later saying basically the same thing and once again, I got no response. I was kind of irritated because of there blatant attempts to ignore my inquiries, but I dropped it for the time being. Once they ignored me I began to do my own research on the validity of their prices and that is when I found out that this company sells watches for appallingly inflated prices. When comparing their watches to other watches that have sold on eBay that were identical to the ones they were selling, I found that they sold watches for five to ten times what they are actually worth, and the sad part is that people actually bought them even though they could have got the same watch for a fraction of the price. The second problem I have with this company is how rude they are. Like I said previously, they blatantly ignored me on ebay but that isn't even the worst part. A couple months later after I had found out what a scam this company is, I found their Facebook and liked their page because like I said before, they do have some amazingly beautiful watches for sale and I do enjoy looking at them even though they are over priced. Well one day I decided to publicly call them out on their dishonest business practices since they had ignored my attempts to ask them about it in private. They had posted a picture of a watch and this is what I commented. "Don't get me wrong, you guys have amazingly beautiful watches, but why are all of your watches so overpriced? This watch goes on ebay for around $150 - $300 depending on condition, $1295 is insane. I'm not trying to be rude, so please don't take it that way, I just honestly want to know why your watches are so expensive compared to other watches that are identical" Here is a link to the picture that I commented on. You can follow their link and see the price and then look on ebay for yourself and you will see what I am talking about. (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=485583291531855&set=a.485583211531863.1073741883.167742863315901&type=1&theater) Anyway, after I commented that, instead of private messaging me, or commenting back with an honest answer, they deleted my comment and blocked me from their page so I couldn't comment on anything ever again. To me, this shows what kind of business Strickland Vintage Watches is. They know that they overprice watches and they don't want people to know that. They are trying to prey on people who don't know what to pay and that is incredibly dishonest. Stay away from this business, if they are selling a watch that you like, check on ebay for it first, I guarantee you can find the same watch for way cheaper.
