I was given a lecture about how hard it is to remove ink stains as if that's not exactly why I took it to a dry cleaner in the first place! I had to make 2 additional trips because each time, the owner told me she would try again, but the clothes had no discernable change. She was not apologetic and tried to charge me full price. When I brought up the fact that none of the items I gave her were actually any different after she "washed" them, she started yelling at me in front of another customer. I'm serious, she was yelling and screaming at me as I walked out of the store. Save money and time and go elsewhere.

I dropped off on Friday and picked up on Monday. That's pretty quick turnaround in my opinion. My alteration looks excellent, the armpits of my dress do not stink! Nothing is more irritating than something coming back from the cleaners and it still smelling. For reference I dropped off seven shirts, one blouse, and two dresses. With one of the dresses needing an alteration/mend. For all of this I paid $36. I will certainly take more items here to be cleaned, and perhaps for more serious alterations as well. Since I only had to have the one dress mended. Heads up, there is no drive thru!

So, I go there, start to wash my clothes and I am informed by a very frustrated worker that they closed at 10:30.
