Buyer beware. Ingle Fencing Company damaged my property while driving a trailer through my yard to…read morework on a fence they were installing for my neighbor. They never asked to access my property and they did not alert me of the damage. In fact, they tried to hide it by turning off my water. In addition, they dumped concrete in my yard. The owner acknowledged fault and initially agreed to pay for the damage caused by her crew. Once repairs were made and I asked for reimbursement, she went silent. She ignored my texts and voicemails. Thankfully my neighbor stepped up and reimbursed me for the damages since Ingle Fencing Company failed to do so. I hope the owner does the right thing and reimburses my neighbor. The lack of professionalism shown by the owner and her crew is disappointing. Therefore, I would not recommend using this company. I have also included some pictures of the finished product which is not top notch (notice they left me their cigarette butts as well).

It was apparent they were having employee issue not enough people for this big of a job. We are very dissatisfied with the completion of the job. Our 60 pound dog got out of the chain length fence the same day it was installed! We paid in full the final payment 8/2/24. It was a thousand dollars cheaper if they used staples instead of screws so that's what w choose to do. Knowing that we could go back and install screws ourselves. It took 3800 screws costing around $240. it took my husband and myself 2 1/2 days (Sept. 1st, 2nd & 3rd.) to install the screws. Some of the staples were already coming loose & bleeding. Very dissatisfied homeowners in Hot Springs Arkansas.

I received a call from my tenant that the water department had shut their water off due to a leak…read morein the main line from the meter to the house. This was a Saturday morning. I called my "go to" plumber and time passed. I looked up emergency leak detection and A-1 popped up. Mr. Waits called me back immediately and was able to go out right away. It didn't take long for him to find the leak. "This is very bad," he said and then proceeded to tell me about all the other problems he had discovered while inspecting inside and under the house. "Oh, things are very bad. Plumbing is falling down, wiring is dangerous, bad case of mold, etc." And proceeded to tell me I could get sued if these things were made public. After 4 days of a lot of talk and nothing to show for it and my tenants and 2 kiddos still bunking with parents, I told him my #1 concern was getting them back in their home. He said he would have to round up his plumber and other workers but it would still take maybe 4 days. All the while he tells me he has been doing discovery work - whatever that is- and bragging about all his licenses and how people in Maumelle know him and call on his expertise. I replied that I had paid him to detect a leak and I wouldn't be needing his services any longer. I was surprised that he was going to call his plumber because I thought he was a plumber and wished him well. Immediately he texted I owed him $575 for his discovery report with pictures. He never once asked if I wanted a discovery report with photos or quote a price. At the last minute he sent photos with a minimal explanation stating that it would be too bad if the info he had on the house went public. Honestly, I couldn't see what he was talking about. I called him only to find and fix a leak! I called my "go to" plumber who immediately installed a temporary line so that my tenants could move back home and got to work with a plan to reroute the line and prepared a written proposal with quotes. To make matters worse, Mr. Waits went to the tenants house and demanded that the tenant pay him! My tenant felt so uneasy he called the police. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CALL CHARLES WAITS WHO IS LISTED A-1 EMERGENCY LEAK DETECTION!
