True hardwood wasn't an option for us due to some foundation issues, so we went with an engineered hardwood floor by Shaw. The Stewarts (yes, all of them) were on the job! The floor looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier. It took about a week to wrap up the job. After the install, we had a few questions about care and feeding of the new floor, and Jake was prompt with the info we needed. He even stopped by a couple of times while he was in our area to see if we had any questions or concerns. His family is some of the hardest working people I've seen recently, and I am truly happy we met them all. It probably sounds like I'm overstating our experience, but I'm not. The thing is, we have a gap in our hardwood. We'd hoped to patch it with the same kind of wood, or something similar enough that it wouldn't stand out *too* much if we filled in the gap. The problem? We didn't know what kind of wood it was. D'oh. Here, this Lumber Liquidators was awesome. We came in, asked about their "scrap" wood (because we only needed two square feet, tops) and to see if they could identify the wood from a loose piece. They immediately recognized what kind it was, and were very informative about their scrap flooring. In the end, they didn't have what we needed. But they were quick, polite, and efficient in answering all of our questions and hearing what we wanted/needed. They told us about their products and services, answered our questions, and let us check out the inventory a bit. No hard sell, not even a second's hesitation - they were great. I will be back when we need to re-floor something larger, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking at flooring!

Mr. Paint did an incredible job for us! He painted a bathroom in our home, and at the very last…read moreminute, I asked if he could also help install some peel-and-stick panels. Without hesitation, he jumped right in--patient, kind, and so willing to help. Those panels would never have gone up without him! He spent hours carefully cutting and fitting each one around outlets, the vanity, and other tricky areas, making sure everything looked perfect. Even when my husband and I were ready to settle for "good enough," he wasn't--he took panels back down and realigned them until they were flawless. He even removed a glued-on mirror and light fixture just to make sure the finish behind them was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly stand out. He kept his workspace tidy, cleaned up multiple times throughout the project, and left absolutely no mess behind. I'd recommend Mr. Paint a thousand times over! Hunter worked with me to make the project come within my budget. Yeah, I know, almost all painters can do that. But, the actual laborers make the difference! Ephraim and Christian went above the estimation and contract by fixing minor imperfections and sanding the cabinets prior to painting. Ephraim suggested a couple of additional touches which took the project from very good to spectacular. Quality workmanship shows in the final touches.
