Its located on the lower level of the building which is right next to Starbucks. There's no sign on the outside in case you're looking for it. The process was really easy. All you need is a passport, the short application which you can fill out there and $85 cash for each Visa. We needed six Visas which took about 3 weeks to get back. Picked them up in person today which was quick and easy. They provide a lot of other travel services, but I normally book everything else myself.

I am very meticulous about paper work, and I filled out the application before I go to them. They found a few mistakes and correct them right there, very efficient and explained to me very well. Second, the price of $20 per visa is very reasonable. Third, I was told it will take about 7 to 10 days and I think it was reasonable too. I was not in hurry anyway. They called me in about 10 days and told me it was ready. Fourth, they open 7 days a week, great! I went there Sunday and to my surprise it was closed. It has a number on the door so I called and left message, I got call back in 5 min and was told he was late and will be there in 30 min. The application is not the easiest to complete (itinerary e.g) but she knows when to supply detail and when it isn't necessary. She filled the application out for me, took my picture, and in exactly one week, she emailed me and said the visa was granted. Trying to save a few dollars by doing this yourself? You will regret it. Applications rejected, interviews, etc. Avoid all that and make an appointment to see Christy. I chose her from the other reviews and have no connection to her, other than being a very satisfied customer. I strongly recommend this business.

This is the 2nd time within the last 2 years that I used the china 10 year visa service through…read morethis company's NYC office. I'm pretty satisfied with the reliability of the service and good customer service. First thing first, I needed to make sure that I prepared the documents carefully and completely. For the china visa photo, I took my own photo using my smart phone against a white wall (much better than any retail passport photo service) and used epassportphoto.com to generate correct size photo (note that china visa photo has a weird size requirement which is different from US passport photo), and picked up the printed photo at local Walgreen. I downloaded the latest version of application form and filled in everything in PDF. This company also sent me a checklist. Once I gathered everything that's in the checklist. I printed everything and scanned all my documents to a new PDF, sent it electronically to the company for their review. They may ask you to make some corrections, etc. After that, I mailed everything to them (I used Fedex express saver). Note that I needed to buy the return shipping ahead of time. I also submitted my Fedex tracking on the company's website so that they expect when to receive it. It took about 1 week before they sent the passport back to me. Everything was pretty smooth. I called their customer service several times. I found their customer service is pretty knowledgeable. The only thing they may need to improve is their website. It's a little confusing to browse. I didn't figure out how to check my case status online (even though I'm an IT guy), except that calling their customer service. However, the service is pretty reliable, which matters.
