When the pictures came back the quality of the shots were spotty. Some of them were fine but head shots of me were in particular very amateurish in appearance. I have taken better pictures with my cell phone. We called to have the pictures retaken and were told it would cost another $50 in addition to the $450 already paid. The $450 did not include anything but digital images. We went to a different location and repeated the photos with the same disappointing result. I then received an email from Ms. Brent that basically blamed me for the poor photos. It was unprofessional. Her work is marginal.

I would tell her to her face that I'd recommend her (to spare her feelings) and then I wouldn't, and I'd say, "Oh, they've already booked someone else..." She did my engagement photos (I'm the one making out in front of the church doors--nice) and I LOVED them. They are so cool and different and modern and awesome and I'm just gonna go ahead and put this out there, people are jealous of them. She also did a bunch of my dogs in formalwear, which I forced upon them for wedding purposes...it is not easy to shoot a moving target, but she always gets her man! She also did baby pics for another friend of ours, and they are seriously amazing. Tearjerking, really. Just go to erintracy.com to look at her complete portfolio. She really puts you at ease and you feel like you can be yourself around her, which is what helps her capture little moments and looks and special stuff that a lot of other photographers miss. At the time of my wedding, Erin wasn't doing weddings yet, so she only did my engagement pictures. Of course, I absolutely loved my wedding photographer (Steve Roberts: see previous review) and I'm so glad I was able to use him anyway. I think she is booking weddings now though...?
