When we planned our vacation, we set up a trial day to see how our baby would act staying there, and after hearing she did well, we booked her stay. Bailey was there for 5 days, and each day we received a photo or video of her with an update on how she was doing. If anything had happened we were contacted immediately (though nothing went wrong). In every photo Bailey looked very happy and we will definitely will be using their service again!

She had dry and canned mixed. I called and they told me she did not eat the dry so they did not give her the wet. OUTRIGHT LIED TO ME. Asked to have owner call me. When she did she said she was busy and couldn't talk and hung up on me. I called back and she said "if I didn't like it to find another kennel. Would not go back there with the attitude the owner had. I wonder how many other times this happened.

Took both of my dogs to this establishment I have a diabetic dog and was told that she was going to…read moreget the care she needed and the manager said that he would be the one taking care of both my dogs because my girl has special needs and requires insulin both of my dogs were severely dehydrated when I picked them up they were both staggering having trouble with there balance they were covered in urine both of there beds were covered in urine my girl had brown thick stuff packed into her nose that must have been sitting there for a while causing her breathing to be upstructed my boy was pooping blood they both had severed diarrhea and would not stop drinking water for hours causing them to throw up they were so dehydrated and I am certain that if I would of come back a day or 2 later my girl would of died I was assured that she was taken care of but the owner knows he dropped the ball and did not know how to care for a diabetic dog he assured me she ate and drank all of her food and received her regular insulin dose while all the whole time she was not eating her entire meal yet was still given her full insulin dose her sugar level was over 600 she was in ketoacidosis and I almost lost her the owner did offer to pay the vet bill because he knows what he did but I am very experienced so I was able to take care of her myself Do Better For the Next Dog owners this was horribe that my dogs had to go through this NO STARS

Each time we boarded Patton in the past, he was segregated (due to breed/size) and always contracted ear infections. With Sue, he wasn't confined to a cage and had tons of playtime, socialization, and snuggles. I was blown away when Sue cleaned the rabbit enclosure and hedgehog cage, because that was not an ask. The rabbit also had new toys and treats which he loves! Thank you so much Sue, for caring for our pack like they were your own. Traveling is stressful but knowing the animals were in your care really helped us relax. Sit Stay Train & Play is the only answer for traveling pet parents.
