Her nails were barely cut or trimmed. They also charged way more than other places. Stay away from this creepy filthy place! They didn't even have a business sign up. The whole place was a turn off. Not only did the salon do a great job with bathing, cutting nails, etc., they brushed and de-shed the dogs beautifully. Just recently, one of the dogs had some hot spots. My vet tried to shave the spots, but wasn't successful. I called Gentle Touch and they were able to squeeze him in before the holiday. They shaved the spots successfully in just a few minutes. All the staff have been very friendly and show great care to the animals. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Whenever she realizes that we are bringing her to The Merryall Kennel (which she figures out as soon as we grab her bed and put it in the car), she gets super excited and wants to go right away. Once there she is out of the car and she heads straight inside, without looking back. I would recommend them to anyone. They do make sure that your dog is up to date on all shots prior to going there, which is comforting to know since all of the dogs there will be up to date. They are definitely a five star Kennel!

When we planned our vacation, we set up a trial day to see how our baby would act staying there, and after hearing she did well, we booked her stay. Bailey was there for 5 days, and each day we received a photo or video of her with an update on how she was doing. If anything had happened we were contacted immediately (though nothing went wrong). In every photo Bailey looked very happy and we will definitely will be using their service again!
