Somehow they were upset with me until they verified the situation. 2nd time the groomer didn't show after I drove all the way there. I only got a call 5 minutes before I arrived. I always allow 45 mins. To an hour to get there. Last visit I showed up 1/2 hr. Early waiting in my car before curbing my dog. As I went to enter I was told I didn't have an appointment. It was never noted in the book when in fact I called months in advance. At that point my dog was already drugged for nothing!!! I was told basically tough luck could only get a nail trim and was off to Massachusetts. I always tipped handsomely. Needless to say there are definitely some administrative problems and will not return.

The groomer, Kelly, does not try to make your dog feel welcomed nor does she let them out to potty. She has no idea how to manage a puppy. In fact she called us and asked us to return so we could hold our puppy because our lil pooch would not stay still. Even after my spouse left work to help her groom our puppy she did a terrible job. It didn't even look like our dog was groomed. She assured me when I called she was familiar with my breed dog and was capable of managing a 6mos old pup. I do not recommend her services. It was a terrible experience.

The atmosphere here is quiet and the owners seem knowledgeable and genuinely fond of their guests. They have a very old cat on premises, whose presence attests to their animal affection. The place appears clean and is set back from the highway (or on what passes for a highway near Bethlehem). The rate is $40 per night, about par for the area, and there are grooming facilities available if you're interested.
