Once my husband became a client, it was often difficult to get a clear understanding of what was happening with his case. Calls and messages were consistently not returned (even when promised), and we frequently found ourselves having to follow up just to get basic information. When we were able to communicate, we still felt that we weren't being treated well. The biggest issue for us was how long things went without any meaningful progress. We were patient and gave the process plenty of time, but after more than a year, we felt that we were no closer to getting the help and results we had originally hoped for. The situation became especially stressful when it came to my husband's medical needs.
