Form business entities and plan to maximize profit, take advantage of tax benefits, and reduce liability from lawsuits, so you don't lose family home and savings. This also applies to owners of rental property, which exposes you to the same tax and liabilities.
Estate Planning to avoid probate which costs up to 8% of the entire estate (not including taxes) and can take years to complete, and to prevent your children from becoming wards of the state if something happens to both parents.
If you are divorced, exes are automatically removed from your will/trust, but not from other docs which could give your ex access to all of your finances, and the right to change your will/trust to leave all of your assets to your ex's new spouse/family. Other reasons for immediate planning: death in the family, getting married, or having children.
We review existing contracts and create custom contracts for any situation (employers/ employees, landlord/tenant, contractors/clients, etc).
Probates as quick and cheap as possible. Trust administration: as beneficiary, we get you everything you are entitled to; as trustee, we advise you on duties and the deadlines to prevent you from liability for breach of duty.

What sets me apart from other attorneys is that I offer a more personalized experience. I decided to start my own law firm because I did not like the way other firms treated their clients. The top complaints were that the attorney did not listen to them or return their calls. I do not think that is the way to run a business, no matter what type of business. Therefore, I started my practice with the idea that every client should be treated as if they matter. I promise to answer calls, texts, and emails. I will listen to your concerns and treat you like a human being. I believe that questions are a natural part of the process and I will not charge you to answer relevant questions. This business model has given me a great deal of satisfaction, and has resulted in many happy clients. If you or anyone you know has any legal questions or concerns, please contact me. My initial consultation is free. After that I charged a fixed fee, so you will know what you are getting into from the start.

I enjoy the practice of law because it gives me an opportunity to help people who are being taken advantage of by the government. Whether it is abuse by the police on a criminal charge, or keeping you from over paying taxes to the IRS; it is my pleasure to help you. This translates into the way I run my practice: built with customer service as a top priority. Many attorneys will charge you to speak to them, email them, etc.; which is assuming you can get a hold of them in the first place. That is not the way I operate (see above).
