Other reviews must be their friends. They lie to customers about what they offer and then offer no returns since they can't stand behind the crappy products they sell you. I never got a receipt, rude staff, I hope this place goes downhill quickly, ripping people off like this. Oh and they sell Kratom too, a substance that I've seen many have a serious addiction problem with and very hard to kick. They just want to take advantage of people and take your money, gross! On the flipside though, there are obvious communication issues between management and staff, and even between the staff members themselves. On more than one occasion, they've had a sign posted that promises a discount on certain items. But when you get to the register, the discount doesn't ring up and the staff acts like they know nothing about it. Another time, an employee told me to stop by the next morning because they were getting a big shipment and there would be free samples. But when I came back and asked about it, the guy looked at me like I had three heads. I don't mean to keep piling on here, but the staff also seem to lack any knowledge of the products they are selling. If I have a question about something, no one can answer it or make suggestions. They are mostly nice about it, but it gets to be a little frustrating. I suppose if you go in here knowing exactly what you want -- and you're willing to ignore the advertised discounts -- this place would be great. As it stands, however, I hope the management sees what's going on and improves upon it.

If you need it, High Life probably has it. They have a friendly staff, including Frank. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and I always look forward to visiting this establishment.
