Today, after receiving a shipment containing an unwrapped bottle of liquid soap that had leaked out all over the contents of the box, my complaint, and request to send another shipment, or refund (suggested by the woman at head office) was mishandled by a customer complaints service rep. She insisted I go out of my way to send photos of "every damaged item" and list all of the products I could "not clean up" since there were cans, and wrapped items that could be salvaged. Who does this?? I sent a photo showing how much soap had leaked out, and she replied it looked like it was only in the one corner of the box (I had moved some items to get a close up, like she requested). Honestly, at this point I thanked them for their past shipments, and bid them adieu. The food bank next door will gladly clean off the gloppy mess, and I will continue ordering from Amazon, where they never make you feel like your years of purchasing with them, don't matter.

About 2 to 3 months after buying it, I went in looking for a replacement part (a coil), but staff told me they didn't sell parts for it and that the device was discontinued--even though I was explicitly told it was the "newest vape" when I bought it. Because they claimed they didn't carry parts, he barely even got to use it--maybe for a solid month in total--since he was using smaller vapes in the meantime. Come to find out later, that was completely false and they did carry parts. Then, the unit completely stopped charging and wouldn't light up at all. I brought it back to ask about an exchange for a defective, $250 product under a year old that had barely been used, and they completely refused. They hid behind a "policy" requiring the original physical box and paper receipt--even though I offered my bank statement that explicitly says "Switch2Vapes" with the exact date, time, and $250 total. I had clear proof that I bought it there, and they easily could have verified it and helped us out as loyal, repeat customers. Instead, the policy felt like a convenient line they use to brush people off and avoid making things right. We weren't even demanding a full cash refund--we just wanted an exchange for a working vape, preferably a different model since this one gave us so many issues. We have spent a lot of money at this store over time, but there is zero customer loyalty returned. When I asked how they could make this right, the employee offered a small discount so I could spend more money on another setup. When I pointed out how unfair that was, she just smiled and said, "Well, that's all we can do." I don't even think she meant to be intentionally rude, but the utter lack of empathy, basic social skills, and awareness of how frustrating the situation was for a regular customer made it so much worse. If the situation had been handled with an ounce of genuine understanding or effort instead of an indifferent smile, I wouldn't even be writing this. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually stands behind what they sell, values loyal customers, and trains their staff to treat people with real care.
