Women owned and operated. Due to PTSD, I often feel uncomfortable around men. This store has educated me and made me feel so welcomed! The women here are so intelligent and caring. They even sat me down and gave me a consultation where I was able to provide them a list of my medical ailments and inform them of my concerns (first time using any hemp based products). They helped set me up with a recommended dosage schedule and also guaranteed their products. They also had a farmers market recently hosting many local vendors. BEWARE: Paid for priority shipping and Denise shipped regular 1st class mail. Mistakes happen, is is too difficult to admit mistake and refund the difference? Apparently for Denise it is. the website states: USPS First Class: $4.99 USPS Priority (1-3 days): $9.99 Route Shipping Protection: $0.98 The lady that works there apologized, as she should, but the owner Denise justified herself somehow. She said shipping cost her more (who cares? does it state shipping was negotiable?), so unprofessional and bad example to her staff. It looked like she wanted me to feel sorry for her and donate the $5 difference. Sounded quite desperate and I am the one with a cancer patient that needed the product 3 days earlier. She refunded $4 (as a favor to me? What?) and kept the $1 which apparently she desperately needed. Yah! So I paid an extra $1 for slower shipping. Awesome!!!! It took 5 phone calls to resolve such a simple issue and it still was not resolved appropriately. I just wanted to get off the phone. It is not the amount of $, it is the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. BEWARE, your issues might cost you more than $1 and somehow Denise will make it look like it is your fault and certainly not hers. These reviews might just be some stoners who thought they knew everything and found out they know very little actual science. Just got off the phone with the staff and they are more knowledgeable than many places I've been (I travel constantly and have gone to at least one dispensary in every legal state at this point). Will update if product is sub par but main thing to know is you're dealing with people that truly understand the chemistry behind a lot of this stuff. read more

They had what I needed, which was nice (I usually order from somewhere else online but time was a factor for this purchase). And the employee was friendly and helpful. But they had a stack of brochures for a right-wing Congressional candidate named Jarome Bell on the check-out counter (I later learned the shop had previously hosted that candidate for a Q&A type event). To put it mildly, I'm not interested in continuing to support any business that wants to be affiliated with someone like that. Give his name a Google, maybe look into it. Incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and non-judgmental. Denise answered all of my questions, and then some. The store is incredibly clean, things are well written out, and I was greeted with a smile. Even when Denise and others were talking with customers, they gently acknowledged my presence, and I knew they would speak with me when they became available. This is not like those vape and CBD shops you see around town with the Christmas lights and blinking signs. Medical professionals work here and will guide you appropriately. I was curious to see why this place would ever receive one star and I found the two one-star reviews reasons to be ridiculous. Google shouldn't allow someone to rate a business simply because of their mask policy (whether it be one or not). This place was worth the drive and I highly recommend it. I wish I could give this place -15 stars. Just 20 minutes ago, I went into the Hemp Haven with sparked curiosity for Cbd and hemp. I was really interested in their gummies I saw online. Approximately 17 minutes ago, I left feeling targeted and judged. I would've never thought the people working there would profile me based off of the color of my skin. me and my husband are black, we did not get acknowledged at all from the moment we walked in . Both of the workers cut their eyes at us with judgement and proceeded to speak as if we weren't there . After feeling extremely uncomfortable, we decided to leave. As soon as we got in the car, one of the workers quickly ran to the door and stood outside and waited for us to pull off so she can get our license plate! That's right she assumed we stole something because were black. I quickly backed into a parking spot and asked her if I dropped something, she then said " no I was just checking to see if you went to get pizza". I left very disappointed, and I would encourage people of color to rethink stepping foot into this establishment. read more
