First of all, THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!
We were a family of 19 vacationing from Cali. We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. I requested an early check in due to our early flight. They were very accommodating and gave us whatever 2 rooms that were available (we have 5 deluxe rooms on our reservation). We also paid for RT pick up and drop off to the local airport. Their vans were readily available to us. The drivers assisted with our luggages and we were handed cold water bottles! It was a warm day so it helped a lot.
Upon arriving at their resort, it was a bit crowded due to guests checking out. However, the customer service was superb! The concierge took care of our luggages and held on to them until all our rooms were available. We also got complimentary drinks (which we didn't use it until we left). We ate at the Sea Breeze Cafe for the buffet lunch and their restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. Their customer service was amazing!
Rooms: All of our 5 rooms were Deluxe Rooms. It had the front view of the property and some construction. It didn't bother us because we hardly stayed in anyway. We weren't there to just sleep. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. The housekeeping crew cleaned our rooms, took our trash and made our beds daily. When we called for room service or anything we needed, the staff was on it.
Breakfast: AMAZING! Our reservation included all of the adults buffet breakfast (16 adults, 3 kids-under 9, 305 pesos each time). Their breakfast buffet had 2 locations, Coral's and Sea Breeze (I hope I got the names correct). The one inside the resort on the second floor opened at 6 AM up to 10 AM. The one in front of the beach opened at 7, I think. It didnt matter which one we ate at, the customer service, quality of food, cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathrooms were equally the same. I never got to take pictures because I was overwhelmed with the top quality of their food and service. We enjoyed them all! They served Filipino and American breakfast which included bacon, waffles, pancakes, ham, arroz caldo, siopao, champorado, tapa, daing, eggs, fresh fruits, fresh pastries including the amazing ensaymada(TRY THEM), corned beef, garlic rice, longanisa, and unlimited coffees/teas/hot and cold chocolate/ fresh milk and many many more!
Resort: WOW! their pools were clean! and the towels were warm. Despite of the sunny weather in the Philippines, we still got cold when we got out of the water so warm towels were excellent! They have plenty of pools so there was no way you cannot swim or would not have a place to swim or lounge at.
There were 2 things we didnt like. First, the female staff had to wear a skirt. Some were just okay but some weren't. They were too fitted and they seemed uncomfortable due to the length and fit. We understand the need to wear uniform, but please consider your female staff's comfort and how they appear. However, all staff appeared to be clean at all times. Not only their uniforms but their faces, feet and hands(all visible nails clipped) appeared neat. Second, some guests were extremely rude to other guests. We encountered some foreign(non Filipino) guests that treated Filipino guests without courtesy.
Overall, I say YAY to Henann and specially to the staff. And thank you that you provide your employees their meals! It was a good change! Remember to always treat your employees with much care because without them, you wont have your business. We will definitely come back and try your other resorts!
