Some of the staff can be a bit short, but on the whole they're friendly enough. They've got tables now to make it a little more cafe style but there are some things (mostly beef related) that they don't allow to be eaten in store. Most of their pastries look good and the ones that I've tried are tasty if a little stodgy. Not being close to a tube station, I don't visit that often but if given the chance, they're one of the better bakeries out there.

The food quality was very good however . I had the tomato and mozarella bagel and it was very very nice but not nearly filling enough as i had to go and get a burger king meal straight after. I tried one of their fruit shakes and it tasted as if it was past its expiration date. The staff then gave me another one and it tasted exactly the same. I opted for a salt beef bagel (which came with a pickle and coleslaw), which if I am completely honest, didn't really do it for me, BUT I should have known this from the start, as this place just didn't look Jewish enough to satisfy my salt beef bagel standards... My cappuccino was good - nice and frothy. I was also pleased that they have the option of skinny or regular. It's nice that they have a big pile of newspapers and magazines to browse too - handy if you are on your own and don't have any reading material with you. It's in a very relaxed little setting, they have a few outside tables and there's benches nearby so it's very nice in the summer when the sun is beaming down its hot rays. I stuck with the bagels, but the biscuits actually looked less weird than the bagels! The bagels taste like a decent bagel, but it's hard to tell if they're toasted enough and your brain will think it should be sweet (probably why they serve them with sweet cream cheese in the States!). The rye bread is also delicious from here and makes me feel a little nostalgic as we always used to get it from here when I was a child.
