Ethically Mr. Chandler should not have taken this case. My father was mentally deteriorated, and unable to change his old will. However, Mr. Chandler allowed my uncle to make decisions, and apparently he felt my uncle had more of a right than his own daughter . I have no idea what my fathers will says, and it has been 3 months since he passed away. Ironically i've tried calling Mr. Chandlers office numerous times in the last 3 months, and never got a hold of anyone. Now, his number is out of service. Do not use this man, if you manage to get a hold of him! He is despicable, and shady!

They arrived on time, but after three hours, only two bathrooms and part of another room had been cleaned. Did not make the bed, as asked. The kitchen, living areas, and floors had not been touched. I contacted the owner, and he agreed to give them an additional hour. Thirty minutes into that extra time, they were both still cleaning the same bathroom. I texted the owner again to let him know they still hadn't started the remaining rooms and sent a video showing one of the cleaners on her phone, taking pictures (not selfies) of my bedroom and my belongings while the vacuum was running and she was texting someone. I was granted another extra hour, but the same cleaner who had been taking pictures then spent about 30 minutes pushing the vacuum back and forth in the same spot, mostly just staring into space, which was captured on my security cameras. The owner granted yet another hour. At that point, they rushed through the kitchen, living areas, and floors, then asked me to leave a Google review. After they finished, my child walked into the house and asked why it smelled like a wet dog. We don't have a dog. Their mops were clearly dirty, and nothing smelled fresh or clean. The only cleaner I noticed was the window cleaner, because I was standing right next to her when she used it. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
