Ethically Mr. Chandler should not have taken this case. My father was mentally deteriorated, and unable to change his old will. However, Mr. Chandler allowed my uncle to make decisions, and apparently he felt my uncle had more of a right than his own daughter . I have no idea what my fathers will says, and it has been 3 months since he passed away. Ironically i've tried calling Mr. Chandlers office numerous times in the last 3 months, and never got a hold of anyone. Now, his number is out of service.
