He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact coverage that I needed, which included many emails, many requests for additional information, and working at night to provide quotes in order for me to close escrow. He did all this and saved me a lot of money. The final policy turned out to be inexpensive even though at the start I was willing to pay for a more expensive policy with coverage I did not need. Erik is straight forward and to the point. And he knows his insurance business and treated me fairly. Quotes come from State Farm itself, I don't think agents can quote any rate they wish. Anyway, I just think if you are looking for insurance you should get multiple quotes, but do give Erik a chance as well.
