I don't know about anyone else but I hate going to a gym or workout class for the first time. You…read moredon't know where to put your stuff, what the vibe is like, and sometimes I feel like a lost puppy. I wanted to try out Kraze Fitness because it is locally owned and well I would rather have them get my money every month and cycle it back through the community than some of the bigger guys. They have a free two week trial or you can just head in and try a class for free on the spot no problem at all. I worked with Jasmine who gave me a tour and encouraged me to try out a class. Once I did, I immediately signed up afterwards. The instructor of the class (Reggie) was great at explaining everything to me as to how the class would work and showing me each of the moves for that session. The class was small so everyone got personalized attention. Which is something I am a big fan! Jasmine let me know that the most popular class is kick boxing but even that usually maxes out with 15 people. You don't have to worry about signing up online or reserving a spot because well they always have a spot open for you. To me there is nothing worse than wanting to go to a class but then finding out it is full. The interior isn't the fanciest place but from what I could see they really have every weight machine you could want, as well as plenty of treadmills, and other cardio machines. They do standard classes like yoga, Zumba, and kick boxing. But also offer things like kettle bells, a toned down version of a Crossfit class, and some type of class that is based off of how MMA fighters warm up (will have to give that one a try). AND they also offer legit Crossfit classes as well. For the price you truly cannot beat this place! If you are in the market for a gym or looking to take some interesting fitness classes give this place a try. With the free two week trial (which includes all the classes) you really have nothing to lose!

They moved to a new location and its awful. In this tiny place, they crammed in all this equipment…read moreso close together. If 4 people were working out, it would be crowded. For 34$ a month, thats bs. Really disappointed in the change. They put a few squat racks 3 feet away from some bench presses and then put a bunch of assisted machines right next to the front desk. Who thought that was a good idea? They have space to make it good but they chose to do bjj and weightlifting still when there is no room for both in this tiny spot. So half of the gym is this cramped section and half of it is this giant mat that will only be used when there are classes. No water fountain, you can barely hear music. At the old place they played movies and had music booming. Go anywhere else.

I believe I recall the incident "Jay B." is referring to, and if it is the one I'm thinking of,…read morewhat he failed to mention is that the dog in question was a service dog for a handicapped gentleman who was there to watch his son's Taekwondo class. I understand having animal allergies, but there are probably a dozen other class times available that Mr. Jay could have brought his child to. (I've been going for 2 years and have never seen another animal there besides this service dog. Jay makes it sound like every student brings their pet to class.) So it was a case of one man wanting another to leave or ditch his service dog so he could stay and watch his own kid. With the other man being handicapped, that seems awfully selfish. I believe he then wanted Master Williford to institute a "no animals" policy purely for his own benefit. He didn't get his way, so he did what all irate customers do: hopped online and posted a nasty review. How mature. How original. I love Triad Martial Arts. It has become my second home and a second family I didn't know I needed. Every instructor and student is exceptional. Some of the kindest and most helpful and caring people I've ever known. And I don't take kindly to anyone putting them down. Another student recently dropped everything to come get me and take me to the ER when I was having a medical emergency. I know other students would have done the same, as would the instructors. They're just fantastic people. As for Jay, I'd kindly suggest that picking a fight with a martial arts studio is probably not the smartest thing one could spend one's time doing. He should maybe go after a target with a similar sense of entitlement. Paris Hilton, perhaps.

Hoping to add another star in the near future, would love if they added more things to the outside area. Love the fact I can come here 24/7 with my VIP membership.

Your manager is an unimpressive silly little kid. I was in the other night to cancel. When I asked the guy at the desk if I could speak to a manager, the manager literally left, smh, so I waited. It turns out the teenage girl who used to be at the desk is now managing. My bf says she used to be sweet but now I guess her true colors are showing acting like a snot nose kid who is in way over her head. And by the way I was very polite too. This gym is also not clean. My bf went into the male bathroom one time 2 years ago and never used it again. He said it was disgusting like literally caked in filth and the sauna smells like pee and B.O. I have been a member for about one yaer went in Tues and Fri mainly and never once saw anyone clean anything. When I was a member at P.F. gym, there would be lots of people cleaning every time I was there. My biggest worry is they better not continue to bill me now that I cancelled. My bf told me they will try to. Billing issues are a management issue! I know the new manager is a silly little kid, but if you can't do your job please get someone who can. KID GET OVER YOURSELF. YOU WORK AT A GYM. YOU PROBABLY MAKE 12 DOLLARS AN HOUR. STOP BEING SO LAZY TOO.
