I arrived for a dental surgery procedure today and had made significant arrangements to have this…read moredone. Not to mention the heightened anxiety, to have this procedure done today. After arriving on time 30 minutes earlier as requested and picking up 3 medications the day before, taking time off work, picking up my daughter early and arranging to be picked up afterwards ; I did not have the procedure done because of the muck up of Razmik not authorizing the needed medication for me. His excuse was that he had never met me. SERIOUSLY.......as a patient I would expect communication to make sure that I received all my medication BEFORE the day. I made it very, very clear to all involved that I would need to be sedated for this procudeure because of my panic attacks in the past. Customer care from the Periodontist, Razmik is dismissive and rude. He also forgot to authorize my medication for a significant procedure. The sad thing about all this is the general dentist Armen is soft spoken and really nice and I was happy that I had finally found a new dentist. Unfortunately the unprofessional dismissive behaviour of his partner and brother has lost my custom. I wont be returning now or any other time. :( Armen apologized and for that Im grateful..thank you! Even one of the dental hygienist tried to gaslight me and blame the pharmacy, to which I have been going for over 25 years. THEY HAVE NEVER MADE A MISTAKE!!!!!!

The staff is really kind and friendly, and the office is clean. Dr. Sakhai is clearly very intelligent and skilled at the technical aspects of his job, but also understands the psychological aspect of dental care and what a patient needs to feel comfortable which can be rare to find in dental professionals. He does a great job of explaining everything he does before he does it to make sure you understand why and feel comfortable, and can explain complicated dental things in an almost educational teacher-y way. He gives space for you to ask questions. I appreciate it because it can be a little scary when someone starts working on your mouth and you have no idea what's happening. The dental assistants have a similarly nice manner of explaining things and are so lovely. It almost feels like an academic approach to medicine, as opposed to a business approach, in the sense that it feels like they are vested in getting the best medical outcome, rather than making more money or something. Dental work is never cheap, but for the level of care and trustworthiness here, the price feels more than worth it to me.

On…read moreDay 5 of recovery after having all three of my wisdom teeth extracted, I have had absolutely NO PAIN WHATSOEVER this entire time. Had a pleasant consultation and booked the next soonest appointment for extraction about two weeks later. Dr. Doan was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were running behind surgery day but I'd prefer they take their time and do a thorough job rather than rush! I was in the office for almost three hours surgery day. I was very comfortable when they put me to sleep and woke me up. I was in a little bit of pain immediately after waking up and they gave me a little more local anesthetic and I had no pain after that. They sent me home with instructions and everything I needed, and called a few hours later in the day to check in. They don't automatically schedule post-op check-ups so hopefully I will not need to be seen throughout the rest of recovery. Thank you to everyone in the office! Very grateful for my easy and smooth recovery.

I was able to get in right away and the surgery which I was under general anaesthesia was very quick. The pain was gone, almost no bleeding and healed very quickly afterward. From my experience with the Heritage Oral Surgery Center, I am very happy with the treatment I received and the very professional work they did. I have seen the quality and perfection of his work on many patients. He is the dentist I chose to redo my entire mouth because of complications of my acid reflux. The work he did is gorgeous. Dr. Lane is a perfectionist and known for his excellence in the dental community. He is a painless dentist who makes sure that the comfort of his patient is a priority. Starting with the positive feedback, Dr Gregg Lane is an excellent dentist. He's a perfectionist like myself and my smile always looked the greatest when I went to him. My confidence in my smile was at an all time high leaving his office. However, there were many times where he was pushy, and rude. On one instance, he was very rude to my mom and at the time I was very quiet and didn't speak my mind. He offered to sell me something and my mom told me maybe it's best if I go home to think about it, and Dr Lane told my mom to step out of the room and that he'd rather talk to me one on one, and I should be allowed to think about it on my own. He said it in a very rude matter and until this day the thought irritates me. He was also VERY pushy about writing a testimonial for his website. I can't find the website that he had me write it on at the time and it seems there's a new site now, but every single time I saw him I felt like I was obligated to write one. I eventually did it due to feeling pressured but after the incident with my mother, I wanted to have it erased but there was no way. All the testimonials on his site were obviously positive because he chooses what goes on there. Yelp and Google reviews might serve better unbiased reviews. Lastly, try to avoid buying his whitening syringes. He sold me some without me doing my own research first and I found out I got heavily ripped off. They sell plenty of kits on Amazon and they are the same quality, I've tested both his and Amazon. Great dentist, horrible attitude. It's a shame these experiences kept me from going back.
