When I went to pick my car up, I was then told that it would actually require a smaller job, would cost only a few hundred dollars, but I would have to bring it to a shop 45 minutes away from where I live. I called my mechanic the next day as soon as he opened, but he was booked and wouldn't be available for about a week, so he recommended Dad & Mom Mufflers. I called and spoke to Brian, who told me he would look at it if I dropped it off and may be able to get to it that day, early the next day at the latest. I received a call from Betty 3 hours later and was told that they found the issue and they would be able to address it right away. The issue was much smaller than stated by the other shop. My car was finished an hour after that call and they did a fantastic job. Their great service and honesty was appreciated and now have customer for life.
