He appreciated some of our grand ideas and helped us turn our vision into reality. During the shower refurbishment, the team discovered a pinhole leak in my wife's bathroom (both bathrooms share the same wet wall) and was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively--what a relief! There were no setbacks, and his crew was a fantastic group of professionals. My positive experience led us to have them tile all our bedrooms, install ceiling fans in the house and on the patio, and now they are putting in a beautiful, efficient new water heater for us. I should have sent him away....but decided to give him a chance and walked him around my property. Bad idea! I had to repeat everything I said, and it was obvious he was not able to understand what we wanted done. I remained polite, because the guy ...although hungover....was nice....and an old guy.... Before he left he told me he was going home to eat some breakfast...and have another drink...to help with his hangover..... After he left, I contacted the office manager and sent her a sketch of what we wanted and she thanked me and said she would get me a quote...that was EIGHT days ago...and I have reached out to her twice.... asking for a update...with no reply. I can only assume that the office manager is also family..and they are all aware that they can't give me an accurate quote since the guy they sent was impaired.....

We have had a terrible experience with this company. We requested a privacy screen be installed on…read moreour back fence. The owner told us initially that it would be a one day job and would take 3-4 hours to complete. We paid a $600 deposit initially. He schedule with us to come out on Thursday June 19th. Was told he was stuck in traffic for hours and he never showed so we reschedule for the next day. Tomorrow comes and he had truck problems, again didn't show. He finally showed up to our house the Monday or Tuesday after at 4pm and stayed for a little over an hour and left to go meet his wife for dinner. He then requested us to send MORE money to help fix his truck so we sent $400 more toward what was owed on the balance. Then excuse after excuse came the next week, we made sure to let him know we wanted it completed before the 4th of July as we were having a party and he said he would for sure be done by the. We didn't see again him until Saturday June 28th when he showed up at our house when we told him we were out running errands. We have a dog that is not friendly and has access to the back where the privacy screen was going so we had to run home in the middle of what we were doing to close the dog door. He stayed again for a little over an hour and then left to go get some supplies he needed and said he was gonna come back. You guessed it, never came back. He told us he would be coming Monday June 30th at 1pm, never showed. My boyfriend text him at 5pm that day and he said he would be back tomorrow. He text us the next morning that he would be here by 1pm and didn't show until almost 4pm. By that time we had already sent a text saying we were done and wanted a refund and we would be parting ways. He had more excuses and we reiterated we were done and tired of being met with an excuse every day and we knew this wouldn't be done by our deadline. We haven't seen any money back from Chris (owner) and haven't even heard back about anything after the last set of excuses and also left trash, tools and an extension cord. I suggest you steer clear of this company unless you want a "one day, 3-4 hour" project to take weeks upon weeks and never be completed.
