The owner told us initially that it would be a one day job and would take 3-4 hours to complete. We paid a $600 deposit initially. He schedule with us to come out on Thursday June 19th. Was told he was stuck in traffic for hours and he never showed so we reschedule for the next day. Tomorrow comes and he had truck problems, again didn't show. He finally showed up to our house the Monday or Tuesday after at 4pm and stayed for a little over an hour and left to go meet his wife for dinner. He then requested us to send MORE money to help fix his truck so we sent $400 more toward what was owed on the balance. Then excuse after excuse came the next week, we made sure to let him know we wanted it completed before the 4th of July as we were having a party and he said he would for sure be done by the. We didn't see again him until Saturday June 28th when he showed up at our house when we told him we were out running errands. We have a dog that is not friendly and has access to the back where the privacy screen was going so we had to run home in the middle of what we were doing to close the dog door. He stayed again for a little over an hour and then left to go get some supplies he needed and said he was gonna come back. You guessed it, never came back. He told us he would be coming Monday June 30th at 1pm, never showed. My boyfriend text him at 5pm that day and he said he would be back tomorrow. He text us the next morning that he would be here by 1pm and didn't show until almost 4pm. By that time we had already sent a text saying we were done and wanted a refund and we would be parting ways. He had more excuses and we reiterated we were done and tired of being met with an excuse every day and we knew this wouldn't be done by our deadline. We haven't seen any money back from Chris (owner) and haven't even heard back about anything after the last set of excuses and also left trash, tools and an extension cord. I suggest you steer clear of this company unless you want a "one day, 3-4 hour" project to take weeks upon weeks and never be completed.

He was hired to realign, repaint, and to place a locking mechanism on my side gate. What I ended up getting was a lopsided lock, a gate that doesn't open or close properly, automotive paint used on my gate, and an unfinished paint job on my gate. He kept my gate for two weeks; when he did show up, he would stay for a short amount of time. He bailed numerous times!!! His excuses ranged from his fiancés car broke down, he was at church, he was stuck on the freeway, he was being fined by Canyon Lake water district, it was too dark to come, he had to pick up his kid and he'd be back, and it was his kids birthday. It turns out he was scamming/ghosting people in his former hometown of Yucca Valley and had several complaints there, which were discovered after hiring him. Save yourself a headache and your hard earned money by not hiring this deceptive person. This guy needs to stop working on fences and handyman work period.

They were both professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do in understandable terms, and completed the job in the time they promised. After the installation, they were kind enough to add the additional light bulb, explain all the different parts of the mechanism - love the locking capability - and showed me how to program the transponders in case I wanted to add one. Although the economy is improving, I still watch my pennies, and this is something I consider to be a necessary, but significant expense. Therefore, I really appreciate excellent customer service. I had a full Liftmaster garage door system installed by Precision Garage Doors in 2013 when I bought my house. For a couple years, the system worked fine, and then there were some problems with the door not closing properly. After a service call,I followed the technician's recommendation and replaced the logic board and this seemed to fix the problem. Then recently, in late 2017, the same problem presented itself. Precision came out and looked at the door, and recommended the same fix of a new logic board, since everything looked to be in spec. I called Chamberlain, the parent company of Liftmaster, and explained the situation. They sent me a new logic board and wiring harness. After installing the new parts, the same problem was present. This is the point where the amazing service precision provides comes through. Precision came back out and swapped out the motor head, and readjusted everything, even though the system was out of warranty! This looks to have fixed the underlying issue. This company stands by their work, and the products they install. I will continue to use them for all my garage door and gate needs, I recommend them to my friends in the local area, and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a service or product they provide. We hired Precision Gates to create and install an automatic front gate for our ranch in Pioneertown, and they went well beyond our expectations. I love this Company Nic came to fix my garage door it was making so much noise. He wore a mask, he was very polite and said the door was ok it was just old. We could use a new opener unit that was very quiet and up to code. Also we woul get 2 openers and one for our keys when we take walks. The new system works on wifi And battery so if electric goes out you can still use your opener instead of manual which can be hard to lift. I love that he took the time to explain everything and did not charge me for service call. He allowed us time to make a decision.of course we have appointment for our new installation. Nick made choosing the door super easy, recommending his favorites, and laying out the three types of doors to choose from. My garage door opener recently stopped working Pecision Garage Doors Yucca Valley CA came out and confirmed the motor is out. I have a home warranty plan but Pecision was not a vendor so Fawn was nice enough to work with my home protection company to enable them to do the work. Unfortunately my company was very uncooperative but Fawn went above and beyond to make this would happen. She worked for almost two weeks with them. Nick E. and Jr. showed up an hour early and did a wonderful job replacing my old garage door with a fully insulated R17 door. I have an older house which sometimes makes it difficult to work on. There were two minor issues that came up, we discussed and they took care of them. No problem. The professional competency was of a very high order with a very can-do attitude. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They quickly arranged a time that worked for me and provided all the necessary information. Our project was to fit our house's new remodel with doors that complimented it. That task was easy enough because the company gave us lots of options and very useful advice. The part that I thought would be hard is that we wanted a matching custom gate to very exact specifications. Rather than having the other shoe drop they said "no problem" framed out the gate perfectly, matached the mounting that the masons used and even created an extremely secure locking system to keep our dogs safely tucked away. When the technician arrived, he was punctual and clearly knowledgeable about garage door systems. He took the time to explain the options I had and suggested where to spend the money and where not to. The whole process was relaxed and fun without any pressure to upsell. I appreciated how he prioritized my budget while ensuring that I understood the solutions available. The remodel was done efficiently, and my garage door is still functioning perffectly even after 5 years! The technician even took the time to perform a thorough inspection of the system and shared tips on maintenance to prolong the life of my door. It's clear that customer service is a priority for them, as they truly went above and beyond. Bill and Dalia came out within 30 minutes. They did a total service on my garage door. Which included re-calibrating the sensors, making sure everything was working properly, lubricated the door, checked all the remote controls and they replaced the old wheels with new wheels which will last a lot longer and made the garage door open and close smoothly. Bill and Dahlia were very professional, and knew what they were doing. They completed the service very quickly. It was interesting to watch how the wheels were replaced. He also cleaned the plastic attic-access light panel and replaced the light. He completed everything carefully, professionally, and cleaned up afterward. When I later asked him to install a new front-door handle because the existing one was loose, he came back promptly and took care of it. Anthony is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. After getting to know him and seeing the quality of his work, I plan to ask him to handle several other projects around the house. I own a couple of vacation rentals, so having a reliable and responsive handyman is extremely important. Based on this experience, Anthony may become my go-to handyman. Crown Contracting installed our kitchen and bathroom cabinets in our home. There was a few issues with the moulding along the ceiling which after speaking with Craig was easily fixed to our complete satisfaction. This is easily a five star business if all was done correctly the first time. The four stars are for the fact that while doing minor repair they identified water damage to the lower kicker board from the tile contractor. They went ahead and replaced it as well at no charge to us. This local business cares about its customers and puts customer satisfaction first. The one thing learned is when having any type of issue be sure to speak directly with the owner.
