As for the service this trip, I took advantage of the sale being ran. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and then let him do what he does best. (reviewing for a friend btw)…read more first lemme just say that the customer service was wonderful and that everyone was very friendly. however .. there was very little information given to my friend after her ear was pierced. not only was she given very few aftercare instructions, but she was also not asked if she was allergic to any kind of metals to ensure that she wouldn't have a bad reaction. she's allergic to stainless steel, and not even a week after she was pierced (with a hoop btw, which isn't the best earring for a fresh piercing) her ear started to get infected. inflammation so bad that her ear looked purple, swollen to double the size of her other ear (which hadn't been pierced), leaking puss. it was bad tbh .. :/ i helped my friend cut the earring out by the clasp with a pair of pliers and a whole lot of girlbossing.
